History of WeldingPro Group

1996

Beginning of fibreglass production

Slavomír Pospíšil establishes a company for fibreglass production and processing, as a Czech private entity, based in Lubenec.

2000

Own premises

The abundance of contracts makes it possible to move production to our own premises.

2019

Extension by assembly and metalworking

The investor WeldingPro Group s.r.o., headed by the founder and owner Michael Žáček, buys the company. Slavomír Pospíšil is the head of production. The company is also started to produce steel structures, growing and strengthening its position on the market.

2022

Establishment of B&S Lamino s.r.o.

B&S Lamino is established for strategic reasons, taking over contracts for fibreglass production and processing.

2023

Extension by automation

Stanislav Trojan joins the group and expands the range of services by automation and digitalisation of processes and production.

2024

Establishment of Metal Well s.r.o. and Logic Well s.r.o.

The company is expanding its capacities. Metal Well (production of steel structures) and Logic Well s.r.o. (specific focus on automation and digitalisation of processes) are established.
