Technology

Resin transfer moulding (RTM) – This is a classic method of manually laying a glass mat by continuous saturation with resin and subsequent curing in a mould.

Reinforcement – We reinforce fibreglass composite materials with Kevlar or carbon, depending on your area of use.

Dyeing – Based on your requirements, we will provide the colour of the top layer of fibreglass according to the RAL sample book. It is also possible to use metallic shades with a strong gloss.

Custom and serial production

Our smartly distributed production capacities and efficient production allow us to do both custom and serial production of fibreglass parts in accordance with our customers’ unique specifications.

We ensure the production of precise models and moulds according to individual requirements to accurately reproduce every detail.

Service and repairs

Our services do not end with production. We also specialise in the repair of fibreglass components and parts, not only of our own products, but also those from competing companies.

It is always necessary for our technician to see and evaluate the damage because it usually is of different extent and form. If possible, we will grind and cut off the damaged part and re-fill with glass reinforcement saturated with resin.
